Please allow 30 days from submittal of application for processing and issuance
of a permit and no permit work may begin until a permit is
BEFORE PERMIT ISSUANCE FOR NEW CONSTRUCTION AND ADDITIONS:

ISSUED: – 24 Hour notice required
(Before concrete is poured)
before taped or plastered
To be inspected before any structural member is covered
OCCUPANCY OF STRUCTURE: (Where applicable)
Department of Agriculture Approval.
Department of Labor and Industry Approval
Inspectors Final Inspection and Certificate of
final inspection is Necessary.
Failure to do so may result in the property owner
having to apply for a new permit to receive an occupancy permit.
I really need this Occupancy Permit? Yes.
In fact your insurance carrier may require that you show proof of an
APPLICABLE, APPROVAL FROM THE FOLLOWING AGENCIES MAY BE REQUIRED BEFORE A PERMIT
CAN BE ISSUED.
Sewage Department (Borough)
911 Center address assigned
Workman’s Compensation certificate or
Registration with Municipalities (where applicable)
Property and New Construction:
Two (2) stamped copies of architectural plans, stamped by an architect,
Engineer or other qualified professional are required.
